Fall Season Due to the COVID-19 health crisis our 2020 season will be very different to prior years. We do not yet know if we will have any races, so we will be running our fall program similar to our winter program. We will meet three days per week for in person workouts and we will send out weekly schedules for additional running. If races do occur, we will only enter athletes if they wish to attend. Fees for races will be payable at that time. To ensure a safe environment all athletes will be required to check in for each practice wearing a face mask, have their temperature checked, and complete a small health questionnaire. Runners will be assigned to a training "pod" that will remain constant with the same coach for two weeks at a time. Traditionally we would move athletes up or down within groups depending on how they are adapting to the training load multiple times in a season. Our goal this season is to maintain stable groups. Our maximum number of runners will be 36 (four coaches, 9 athletes per coach for a stable group of 10 people). We are limiting our age groups, and only offering a program to athletes in the 11/12, 13/14, 15/16 and 17/18 age groups only. Younger athletes that have been part of our program before and that have the ability to keep up with our older athletes will also be accepted on a case by case basis.
