Indoor Season Our indoor season focuses on strength and mobility in preparation for the athletes spring sport season. There will be an opportunity to refine field event jump techniques, but no throws will be avail for the indoor season. All meets will be travel. We will not be hosting any meets as a program. This program is a great opportunity for those who want an introduction to proper running technique, improve foot speed, and select specialized focus on jumps.
